Training Description
This introduction to Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Drone Training will provide League Cadets with a basic overall knowledge of UAS reinforced by daily, exciting hands on activities. Cadets will plunge deep into exciting new world of drones starting with the history and evolution of UAS and how they relate to the current military. They will interact daily with real hardware and real Unmanned Systems. This week long, overnight, in-person, action packed event is taught by an instructor with over 21 years of experience with UAS and will take place aboard the historic USS Hornet - a World War II era aircraft carrier turned museum ship. |
